In this meditation we start out by allowing our breath to support us in a deep release and letting go. Followed by a powerful experience of the journey through our heart where we are reminded of the limitless potential of love that we can greet every moment of our unpredictable lives with. Ending with a deep union with your heart and a blessing that the intelligent wisdom within shares with you.
Be The Change Meditation
This meditation was inspired by the quote "Be the change you wish to see in the world" ~Mahatma Gandhi It is a guided meditation using how we perceive the world as a reflection of what we can see within ourselves. Being this loving witness we can learn to grow more compassion and understanding for ourselves and others.
Inquiry/Action: When you find yourself placing judgement on others, invite yourself to courageously see this as a tool for self discovery and change.
I Am Forgiveness Guided Meditation
Settling into a deep sense of relaxation we access the deep and profound experience of forgiveness. Forgiveness becomes the bridge towards acceptance, love, and healing. Inquiry/Action: As you move throughout your day, connect back into the essence behind "I Am Forgiveness". What shifts in your perspective do you notice?
Infinite Love Meditation

Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”~Dr. Martin Luthur King Jr. In today's meditation we practice the Add Heart technique where we connect with the power of the heart and the uplifting emotions we can share with ourselves, each other, and the world.
Inquiry/Action: When you're connecting with a memory of a miracle that you once experienced, what did it feel like? How would you articulate that experience? How did it feel in your body? Say within that experience for 5+ minutes.
Releasing Into Awareness Meditation
This meditation gives you the opportunity to fall into deep relaxation and release into the space of awareness. From there you can let go of the energy that is ready to be released.
Inquiry/Action: Becoming aware of the times you're seeking relief, can you become aware of the energy of the emotions that are ready to be released? What would it be like to give yourself the invitation to breath and release?
The Symphony of Present Awareness Meditation
"The whole enjoyment of a symphony lies in your readiness to allow the notes to pass."~Anthony De Mello.
This meditation was inspired by the concepts in Anthony De Mello's book "Awareness". The present moment is like a symphony where there are individual notes coming together in unison. When we become attached to the individual notes we lose sight of the symphony that is playing regardless. We unfold our experience with this meditation through the "I" observing the "me". The "me" relates to the world with "known" labels of how we define ourselves and the world around us (attachment to individual notes of the symphony). This meditation is an invitation to let go of the known and unfold the "unknown" (unattachment to each note of the symphony- witnessing). Creating a space to be aware of the symphony of the present.
Inquiry/Action: What is your "I" observing? Schedule a moment within your day to simply reveal the symphony of the present moment.
Releasing Pressure Meditation
Letting yourself unplug from the labels, judgement, and programs from your life experience and releasing all the energy that has been cooking up inside you because of them, like a pressure cooker. Freeing yourself up, harmonizing the heat with stillness and awareness. Parts of this Meditation was inspired by David Hawkins "Healing and Recovery" and Anthony De Mello "Awareness".
Inquiry/Action: Throughout the moments of your day become aware of the programs, labels, and judgments you have acquired. Take a breath, release the energy, and let go.
Your Pure Essence
It's easy to let our life experience define who we are. This meditation allows us a glimpse into what is inside us when we shed our life experience and the ways we define ourselves. From there we can discover the loving energy that is within that was never born and never dies. This meditation was inspired by Mooji.
Inquiry/Action: Throughout your day become aware without judgment on how you are being, ask yourself, "What feels in alignment with the familiar vs what feels in alignment with my truth?"
Winter Solstice Meditation
Today is the darkest day of the year and an invitation to be present with the gifts that this day offers. Darkness takes away outside distraction bringing us within, just like animals and plant kingdoms that hibernate during this time we can use our meditation to be within the depths of ourselves. Darkness represents an silence and unknown, this does not need to be perceived as negative but rather a supportive environment to witness ourselves and cultivate our truest loving expression. With Jupiter and Saturn merging together from our vantage point today, what is emerging within you? What is ready to be aligned?
Inquiry/Action: Take a moment throughout your day to breathe into your heart as an offering to connect with what expression is emerging. What actions can you take today to cultivate this expression?
Intuition Meditation
Guiding you into the practice of sacred connection with your heart, your own inner wisdom, and inner guidance system. This is a mediation that can be integrated into your daily practice to build a stronger relationship with your intuition.
I Am... Meditation
There are so many parts of our lives that are out of our control. This meditations allows for us to connect with what is in our control and to claim the life we are ready to experience. Feeding the life you wish to live by fueling helpful thoughts, behavior, and actions. This meditation was inspired by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Inquiry/Action: What is your "I am" statement? What is your attitude when you are living this statement? What actions are you taking?
Wholeness Meditation
When we become adults we realize that we need to become our own parents, no longer able to outsource the responsibility of our self care and livelihood onto another person. I have found it extremely comforting to allow myself to be held within the Loving Intelligence that's in my heart. From there I can receive all that I perceive I lack. This meditation guides us into becoming available to experience this loving current and be held by it. Strengthening our availability to witness thought and take action from the heart.
Inquiry/Action: Want to start taking action from a space of wholeness? Then, which daily life situation triggers you the most? Makes you feel not enough, not heard, not accepted, and/or not loved etc. What thoughts or limiting beliefs surround those triggers and what "autopilot" reactions do you typically take? When you are in those moments in real time, I challenge you to breathe into your heart just like what we did in this meditation, what new (loving) possibilities do you respond with?
Live For Today Meditation
An invitation to acknowledge our yesterday and create a new today. Diving into the experience of a new reality for ourselves, giving ourselves permission to live and take action that's rooted in love.
Inquiry/Action: With this quote in mind, "Don't compare yourself with other people; compare yourself with who you were yesterday." ~Jordan Peterson What new action will you be taking today? What parts of your life experience will you claim as yours today?
Experiencing Love -25 Minute Meditation
Relaxing into an experience of the love that's within your heart and the heart of another. Allowing yourself to be immersed within the power of love.
Inquiry/Action: When you move throughout your day, imagine that this thread of love that bonds you with those you love is very much alive and flowing. How might this feeling benefit you and others?
Forgiveness Meditation
Connecting to heartfelt forgiveness with a mantra meditation. An invitation to experiencing the healing effects of forgiveness.
Inquiry/Action: How do you define the experience of forgiveness? What obstacles stand in your way with forgiveness? What benefits would unfold in your life and the lives of others if forgiveness was amplified?
Loving Abundance Meditation
Connecting within our heart space and the infinite love available to us, we were able to unlock parts of ourselves that are ready to receive even more love. Once we are able to receive and experience this love that we are so worthy of receiving, we can then share it with others.
Inquiry/Action: How did it feel to unlock parts of yourself that have been closed off to the love that's been trying to reach you? As you move throughout your day, take a moment and connect with someone (near or far) and continue to share this infinite love with them.
Becoming Available For Your Highest Good 25minute Guided Meditation
A meditation that helps connect you with your sense of worthiness to receive, claim and experience your highest good which is in the highest good of the universe.
Inquiry/Action: When you're feeling disconnected throughout your day, take a moment and breathe through your heart as you reveal an empowered aspect of yourself and allow yourself to experience this aspect in your current situation.
Heartfelt Confidence Meditation
Spending time within the essence of your heart and the inner confidence that's within. Allowing for this aspect of your heart's confidence to expand and be experienced by you.
Inquiry/Action: Claim a moment in your day to connect with your heart and the confidence that's within. What new choices or perspectives does this connection grant you?
Radiating Love Meditation
Using the full moon's energy to help us let go of our attachment to our thoughts, emotions, and aspects of ourselves that are ready to be released and healed. Then inviting ourselves to connect with renewing emotions and positive feelings while experiencing and sharing that love out into the world.
Inquiry/Action: Simply take a minute out of your day to do the heart centered breathing and allow yourself to be reminded of the magnitude of love that is within you always.

Releasing Pressure Meditation
An invitation to notice how we color the present moment with our past. Once we can notice how our past shapes how we experience the present moment we can empower ourselves to let go of the colors of the past and surrender into the clarity of the present moment.
Inquiry/Action: What colors of your past do you want to let paint your present moment? What colors of the past are you ready to let go of?
